The reclaimed timbers used in our furniture are over 100 years old and were originally part of old architectural structures. Years of natural aging have created beautiful weathered surfaces, rich textures, unique markings, knots and imperfections that cannot be reproduced in newly manufactured wood.

Each shelving unit is individually handmade, making every piece truly one of a kind.

Because we work with genuine reclaimed oak and chestnut, every piece of wood is different.

Color variations, old markings, knots, cracks, weathered areas, texture differences and other historical characteristics are natural features of reclaimed wood and are part of what makes each shelving unit unique.

Your finished piece will therefore have the same overall design and character shown in the listing, but the natural grain, color and markings will be unique to your order.

OUR PROCESS

Your shelving unit is handmade specifically for your order.

During production, we can share progress photos with you. Once the piece is completed, final photos and/or videos can also be provided so you can see your furniture before shipment.

CARE

For regular cleaning, gently wipe the wood with a soft damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or excessive moisture.

Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for final-sale items, custom orders, assembled items that are no longer in their original packaging, along with other exclusions listed below. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for issues not caused by us. Additional restrictions may apply. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
Important: We send final photos before shipping. If we don’t receive a response within 3 days, your item will be shipped automatically and returns will not be accepted.
