NATURAL RECLAIMED OAK
We use genuine reclaimed oak that is more than 100 years old.
Because reclaimed wood has lived a previous life, every piece has its own natural grain, knots, texture, small cracks, saw marks, aged surfaces, and color variations.
These characteristics are a natural part of reclaimed wood and are not considered defects.
They are what give each handmade table its unique rustic character.
Since every table is individually made from natural solid wood, the exact grain, texture, and color may vary slightly from the table shown in the photos.

ASSEMBLY
For safer transportation, the coffee table is shipped disassembled.
Assembly is very simple and requires only basic installation.
We also provide video assembly support, and you can contact us anytime if you need help during assembly.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Every table is handmade specifically for your order.
The estimated total production and delivery time is approximately 3–4 weeks.
Because this is a handmade, made-to-order product, timing may occasionally vary slightly depending on the selected size and customization.

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Shipping is included in the purchase price.
We also cover applicable customs and import duties, both for orders shipped to the United States and for international orders.
There are no additional customs duties related to the furniture for you to pay upon delivery.
Customs processing times may occasionally vary depending on the destination country and local customs authorities.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Because every piece is handmade and made to order, custom-sized or personalized items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an issue caused by us.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for reasons related to the natural characteristics of reclaimed wood, including variations in grain, texture, knots, small cracks, aged surfaces, saw marks, or color.
Items that have been assembled, altered, used, or are no longer in their original packaging may not be eligible for return.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue caused by us, please contact us as soon as possible and send photos so we can assist you.

FINAL APPROVAL BEFORE SHIPPING
Before shipping your table, we send you final photos of the completed piece for approval.
If you would like any adjustments, please let us know before the table is shipped.
If we do not receive a response within 3 days after sending the final photos, the item will be considered approved and we will proceed with shipment.
Once the order has been approved and shipped, changes or cancellations can no longer be made. Any return or exchange request will remain subject to the policy stated above.
