Our Return and Exchange Policies

Each of our products is uniquely crafted upon your order confirmation. Returns are honored exclusively for issues attributable to the seller. Regrettably, we cannot accommodate returns for other reasons.
Should you wish to alter the size or color post-delivery, we offer exchanges subject to a nominal fee.

How to Clean Products?

You can clean your wooden furniture with just a damp cloth.

The product is shipped disassembled and is designed to be very easy to assemble.



Return and Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item(s), please reach out to us within 14 days of the delivery date to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for final-sale items, custom orders, assembled items that are no longer in their original packaging, along with other exclusions listed below. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for issues not caused by us. Additional restrictions may apply. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
Important: We send final photos before shipping. If we don’t receive a response within 3 days, your item will be shipped automatically and returns will not be accepted.
