Each of our products is uniquely crafted upon order confirmation. Returns are accepted only for issues caused by the seller. We are unable to accept returns for other reasons.

If you wish to change the size or finish after delivery, exchanges may be arranged for a small additional fee.

Important: Final photos are sent before shipping. If no response is received within 3 days, the item will be shipped automatically and returns will not be accepted.
